Agency Sales Manager – AdTech


£60K base + uncapped commission (£120K OTE)

London (Hybrid)

What you’ll do:

  • Build and grow relationships with senior contacts across major media agencies
  • Translate our unique AdTech solution into clear commercial value
  • Win, grow, and retain high-value agency partnerships
  • Be a key player in shaping our UK market presence and growth strategy
  • Contribute directly to scaling a business that’s redefining digital advertising


What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong background in media sales or digital advertising

✅ Experience managing and growing agency relationships (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu etc. a plus)

✅ Track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets

✅ Confident, creative, and commercially sharp – with the drive to close deals

✅ Great storyteller who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships
