kff, a regional food wholesaler near Maidstone, Kent, part of Sysco, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a home-based role in Reading/High Wycombe. We offer up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus, company car or travel allowance, and a home-based contract. Join our close-knit team serving local pub, restaurant, and catering customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, achieving profitable growth
• Research and identify opportunities within your territory
• Onboard new customers and support existing accounts
• Partner with customers to understand and support their growth plans
• Monitor competitor activity and offer the best local solutions

Candidate Profile:

We seek candidates who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. Commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a sales-driven mindset are essential.
