Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

What you will be doing:

• Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
• Research your target audience and opportunities in your territory.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
• Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions.

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building and maintaining relationships. A desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
