Assistant Sales Manager – Step Up Your Career


Location: South London

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance)

⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (with some Saturdays on rotation DOE)

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
  • Driving stock levels and supporting the Sales Director in leading the team.
  • Managing and progressing your pipeline through to completion.
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
  • Playing a key role in keeping the office at the top of its market.


About you

  • Current Assistant Sales Manager (or experienced Senior Valuer) with proven London valuation experience.
  • Confident in pitching and winning instructions in a competitive market.
  • Strong track record in high-volume offices, ideally South West London.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to step into full Sales Manager responsibility.
  • Excellent communicator and natural leader.
