Assistant Sales Manager – Step Up Your Career Location: South London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance) ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (with some Saturdays on rotation DOE)

What you’ll be doing Carrying out valuations and winning instructions. Driving stock levels and supporting the Sales Director in leading the team. Managing and progressing your pipeline through to completion. Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors. Playing a key role in keeping the office at the top of its market.
About you Current Assistant Sales Manager (or experienced Senior Valuer) with proven London valuation experience. Confident in pitching and winning instructions in a competitive market. Strong track record in high-volume offices, ideally South West London. Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to step into full Sales Manager responsibility. Excellent communicator and natural leader.
