Assistant Sales Manager


Location: South London

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance)

⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm

You’ll be joining at a pivotal point, working alongside an experienced Sales Director who is passionate about mentoring, and positioning yourself as the natural successor for the branch manager seat.

What you’ll be doing

  • Valuing and winning instructions — you’ll have exposure to 15–20 valuations a month.
  • Growing stock levels and driving office revenue.
  • Supporting and leading a small, ambitious team.
  • Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion.
  • Managing your own pipeline and overseeing sales progression.
  • Playing a central role in shaping the office as it scales.


About you

  • Current ASM or Senior Sales Negotiator with a strong track record of valuations and instructions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high-volume market.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to step into management quickly.
  • Confident communicator and natural leader.
