B2B Sales Manager - Corporate Real Estate / Serviced Offices - Central London - c£42k + OTE


We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, proactive and business savvy B2B Sales Executive /Manager to join a fast-paced, successful group of companies based in Central London.


With a strategic mindset and results-driven nature, you will thrive in challenging environments where you can be innovative in your approach, build strong and lasting relationships and secure sales.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue across the group of companies, with your key focus being on winning new business, nurturing client relationships and showcasing the company’s offerings to prospective clients.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage a growing team and play a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of the sales department.


Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of c£42k, plus OTE and performance incentives, 25 days annual leave plus BH, enhanced pension scheme, an onsite gym and employee assistance programme, company socials, STL and more.

This role is based in stunning offices in the City, but will require travel throughout London as required.



Key responsibilities as the Sales Manager will include:

  • Lead generation and lead management including designing and delivering new business generation strategies and managing inbound leads
  • Tracking and reporting revenue against KPIs and targets
  • Attending meetings with prospective clients and showcasing the company’s offerings
  • Building and maintaining positive and successful business relationships with clients and brokers
  • Securing business renewals and contract expansions
  • Leading contract negotiations and closing deals
  • Strategically leading a growing sales team

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable success in similar sales / business development roles, ideally within property/real estate, serviced offices, B2B or corporate hospitality
  • Commercially savvy, results-driven and hungry for success
  • Passionate about meeting and exceeding targets
  • Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective business relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Experienced in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Professionally presented and able to represent the brand at client meetings and networking and industry events
  • IT literate with strong MS office skills and experience using CRM tools
