Impact & Responsibilities
Drive strategic sales decisions through data modelling: leverage advanced data extraction and modelling techniques to generate actionable insights that inform sales strategy and optimise commercial performance, directly contributing to revenue growth.
Enhance data infrastructure for scalable analytics: support the development and optimisation of the Snowflake data platform, ensuring robust data pipelines and advanced SQL capabilities that support scalable, reliable analytics across the Commercial function.
Empower sales leadership with self‑serve analytics tools: design and implement intuitive Power BI and Salesforce dashboards that enable managers and senior leaders to independently access real‑time performance metrics, fostering a data‑driven culture and accelerating decision‑making.
Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality: strengthen forecasting processes and pipeline analysis to enhance sales predictability and resource allocation, aligning with broader financial planning and operational efficiency goals.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analytics or commercial strategy, ideally within Sales, FP&A or B2B enterprise environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering insights that drive business performance.
Advanced proficiency in data transformations with hands‑on experience managing large datasets and building data pipelines in platforms such as Snowflake.
Proven expertise in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI and Salesforce, with the ability to design and maintain dashboards that support senior stakeholder decision‑making.
