The Role As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you won’t just be filling roles. This role is ideal for someone who wants full ownership of the commercial lifecycle, from origination and pitch through to deal closure and client development. You’ll need the credibility to build trust with senior stakeholders, the awareness to understand how AI and delivery models are reshaping consulting, and the drive to operate in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new opportunities in the consulting sector Grow and manage long-term client relationships Advise clients on market conditions, hiring strategy, and candidate selection Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure precision and speed Use internal tools to support structured outreach and maintain pipeline consistency
