Job Description:

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Cruise Sales & Operations Manager to join a leading Tour Operator, as they develop their cruise offerings and launch their cruise website. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of cruise within the business, from commercial to operational focus, including launching the new cruise website.

Our client’s ideal candidate will bring operational, commercial, and managerial experience from the cruise sector and will be eager to take on this newly created role, where they can make a significant impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the launch of a bookable cruise website.
• Manage commercial relationships with top cruise lines and agents.
• Foster positive relationships between the company and cruise partners.
• Monitor and manage sales targets and margins.
• Build relevant cruise products and recommend pricing strategies.
• Support marketing plans and trade offers with the Cruise Product team.
