We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Cruise Sales & Operations Manager to join a leading Tour Operator, as they further develop their cruise offering and launch their Cruise website. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of cruise within the business, from commercial to operational focus, including launching the client's cruise website.

Our client’s ideal candidate will bring operational, commercial, and managerial experience from the cruise sector and will be eager to take on a newly created role, where they can make a significant impact.

Role of Cruise Sales & Operations Manager:

• Oversee the upcoming launch of a bookable website.
• Manage commercial relationships with top cruise lines and agents.
• Foster positive relationships between the client and cruise lines.
• Monitor and manage sales targets and margins.
• Build products relevant to promotion and target markets, and recommend pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Cruise Product Executives on marketing plans and trade offers.
