Customer Success Manager (Coach)

Overview

In this position, you will not only manage client relationships but also act as a coach, helping organizations to embed GoodHabitz training into their culture effectively. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients see measurable results from our programs, leading to business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their learning needs and business goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to evaluate the impact of GoodHabitz programs
  • Facilitate implementation sessions and workshops to inspire and motivate client teams
  • Develop tailored success plans in collaboration with clients, tracking progress and performance
  • Gather client feedback and communicate it to internal teams to help enhance our offerings
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and develop innovative approaches to customer success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role, ideally in the Ed-Tech or SaaS industry
  • Experience as an inspiring coach, helping clients achieve their objectives
  • Passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage
  • Results-driven with ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
  • Open-minded, positive, and curious, bringing creative ideas and solutions
