We're looking for a passionate German Speaking Customer Success Manager to join the team in London and help corporate clients achieve exceptional results.
Whats on Offer: Competitive Salary : £60K per year Flexible Work : Hybrid setup—50% in our state-of-the-art central London office. Contract : 12-month initial contract with a strong chance of extension. Collaborative Environment : Work with a global team and high-end digital clients.
Your Role: Be the go-to contact for customers, guiding them throughout their journey. Develop measurable success plans to maximize ROI, helping to ensure satisfaction for their annual renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives, including C-Level, at some of the UK’s largest companies. Monitor account performance, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure timely resolution.
What You Bring: You must speak German fluently 5+ years of experience in post-sales account management in Digital Marketing, SaaS, Software, or a similar field. Proven ability to manage large, global, and strategic accounts. Experience working with high-spend clients. A consultative approach to sales and renewals.
