Contract Opportunity – Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant We are engaged on a significant Dynamics 365 programme in Europe and are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to strengthen the delivery team. This programme has a multi-year roadmap and requires additional expertise to ensure business requirements are effectively captured and translated into solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to validate and refine requirements Draft functional design documentation and define implementation approaches Configure and deliver Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules (Field Service experience advantageous) Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure end-to-end solution delivery Support testing, training, and adoption activities across the programmeKey Details:

Location: Primarily remote, with one week on-site in Europe every four weeks Contract: 3 months initially, with strong potential for extension Focus: Sales & Customer Service (Field Service beneficial) Level: Senior Functional Consultant with full end-to-end knowledgeThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-profile Dynamics 365 rollout, combining remote flexibility with defined, limited travel
