The Role We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Digital Sales Manager to join ETF Stream’s Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in digital media sales within financial publications, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role will be responsible for selling our range of digital media products - including sponsored content and banner advertising - to key players in the ETF ecosystem, such as issuers and index providers. A key part of the role will include supporting our growth and commercial expansion into the DACH region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, brings a creative, innovative approach, and is eager to make an impact in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities • Sell ETF Stream’s digital media products, Display advertising, Display content, Reports, Video content and Webinars. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders across the European ETF Ecosystem. • Support the growth and sales expansion into the DACH region, identifying and building relationships with relevant commercial partners. • Work closely with internal teams (especially Audience Development, Marketing and Editorial). • Deliver high quality account management and full end-to-end client servicing. • Contribute innovative ideas to help shape and develop new digital products (format) and channel effectiveness. • Help shape campaign strategy, reporting, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and strong ROI. • Work towards shared revenue targets, with commission incentives tied to performance.
What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in digital publishing/media sales, ideally from other B2B finance/fund servicing/asset management titles/brands. • A good understanding of the ETF/Asset Management industry and its commercial landscape. • Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding previous digital sales targets. • Familiarity with European markets, ideally the DACH market, would be a bonus. • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior decision makers. • A team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can manage multiple targets at once. • Creative thinker with the ability to shape new ideas and commercial opportunities. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Strong communication and presentation skills.
