HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of our office sites

About This Opportunity

Merchant Services offers a range of products to merchants of all sizes, supporting payments via various channels. The team is strategically important and has received significant investment.

We're seeking a Director of Client Implementation, reporting to the Head of Sales Engineering, to lead our client implementation team.

The team supports large clients with pre-sale and post-sale support, ensuring successful technical implementation of payment solutions, working closely with sales and technical teams.

You will be responsible for onboarding large clients, developing strategies, optimizing processes, removing blockers, leading the team, and managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch merchants with accredited solutions efficiently, aligning with their business needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for client onboarding and service delivery.
• Optimize and improve processes continually.
• Identify and remove obstacles to improve performance.
• Lead and mentor the client implementation team.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior clients.

What You'll Need:

• Experience leading an implementation team and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong payments industry experience, ideally in gateway or merchant acquiring.
• Experience with reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of sales and marketing pipelines.
• Results-driven, motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to change and innovation.
