Location: London (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130K – $150K base salary (plus commission and bonus structure)
A fast-growing blockchain security company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead expansion across Europe. This leadership role is focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and managing complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through close.
The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with deep expertise in the crypto and blockchain space—especially custody technology—and thrives in a field-based role while staying closely connected to a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth across Europe
- Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive outreach
- Engage institutional clients and strategic partners
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Deliver tailored product demos
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Maintain high outreach activity to ensure pipeline coverage
Requirements
- 5–7 years in senior sales roles with complex, high-value deals
- Enterprise sales experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
- Must have blockchain/crypto experience
- Strong understanding of digital assets and custody solutions
- Proven success in closing deals and exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technically adept with ability to bridge product and business
- Independent and self-driven; based in London and willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with financial institutions or digital asset platforms in Europe
- Familiarity with institutional crypto market landscape
- Experience building or scaling a new territory
