Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe. Build and manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, consultants, and end-users. Conduct market analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings (approx. 60% travel). Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver regular sales performance reports. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing developments to inform strategy. Contribute to the development and implementation of both short- and long-term sales plans.
Experience & Requirements Essential
Proven experience in international sales, ideally within the industrial automation, electrical, or motor control sectors. Demonstrable success in business development and achieving consistent sales growth. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand industry trends and align them with business goals. Experience appointing and managing stocking distributors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused mindset. High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approx. 60%).
Desirable
Technical background in electrical engineering or related field. Knowledge of soft starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), or related technologies. Multilingual ability to support engagement across European markets.
