Exhibition Sales Manager – Manufacturing Sector

£35k–£45k base + uncapped commission (OTE £62k+)

Role Highlights

– Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals

– Sell exhibition stand space, sponsorships, and bespoke event packages

– Build long-term client relationships before, during, and after events

– Travel internationally to attend and support exhibitions in the UK, US, and Germany ✈️

– Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to deliver successful shows


You Will Need

2–3 years’ sales experience in B2B or B2C (estate agency, automotive sales, B2B tech, or events sales all welcome)

– A proven ability to hit targets and close deals

– Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers

– Drive, curiosity, and a consultative approach to selling

– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
