The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. This is a field-based role, but you will also spend time at our London depots. You’ll focus on developing existing accounts while bringing in new business across the city.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, giving you direct exposure to strategic decision-making and the chance to make a real impact. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to Sales Manager following a 12-month probation period based on performance, with the potential to progress to Sales Director as the company continues to expand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding service and retention.
  • Handle inbound sales leads, convert new opportunities, and onboard new customers.
  • Build lasting, trusted relationships that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Spend time at our London sites as required to support team activities and client needs.


About You

We’re looking for someone commercially minded, customer-focused, and genuinely motivated by long-term success. This is not a short-term sales role; it’s a career opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and help shape its future.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience (account management and/or new business).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role.
  • Based in or within easy commuting distance of London.
