The Role
We’re hiring our first ever SDR — the Founding SDR — to build the foundation of our Go-To-Market engine. This is not a typical SDR role where you step into a rigid process. At Specter, you’ll help design the playbook , shape our outreach strategy, and directly influence how sales is done.
