AWS Finance seeks a world class FP&A Finance Manager to be a key member of its team supporting our fast-growing Commercial Sales organization for EMEA.

As an Finance Manager, you will partner closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by combining data and business judgement into insights, generating operational and strategic guidance and impact. Further, you will drive innovation to improve our tools, processes and business decisions. Primary responsibilities include:

Key job responsibilities
• Ownership of key reporting metrics (KPI’s) and narratives to help business partners understand the business performance
• Partner with business teams to implement new processes & tools and drive the improvement of existing processes & tools
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
• Present financial summary and business insights to senior management
• Drive short- and long-term financial planning
• Tighten internal controls

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree, or MBA
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA, or CPA
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
