Role: Fractional VP of Sales - Robotics / Automation

This fast-growing scale-up is bringing advanced automation systems to global markets, with a product offering that sits at the intersection of innovation and capital intensity. Average deal sizes exceed £500k, and they’re now looking for a commercially astute leader to shape their sales strategy and function from the ground up.

You'll be leading a team including a US Business Development Director, a marketer and a technical solutions team that support the sales process, so a background in driving multi-stage, highly-technical sales processes involving high CapEx products and services is essential.

You’ll bring:

* Experience selling high-value industrial, automation or Robotics solutions

* A strong track record of building partnerships, channels, and strategic alliances

* A 'closer' mindset to get deals over the line

* Experience working alongside technical solutions engineers or pre-sales teams

* Comfort working across global markets and within scale-up/early commercial teams
