Description
We’re looking for a Global Sales Director to drive and oversee the international sales operations for Invosys, a Dura Software company. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market presence, increase revenue, and achieve global sales targets. The Global Sales Director leads a high-performing sales team, builds and nurtures relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborates with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives. This position requires exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills to navigate diverse markets and motivate teams across regions

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales; at least 5 years at the senior management level with a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams
- Advanced strategic planning and analytical skills
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes
- Telco market sales experience required; CCaaS and UCaaS experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive consistent sales growth and profitability
- Track and analyze sales data metrics
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and analytics
- Negotiate and finalize major sales contracts
- Monitor and assess sales performance
- Train, mentor and lead the international sales team
