We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive tech company based in Essex and Coventry, seeking a Head of AST to join their team.

Job Description

As Head of AST, your main responsibilities include:

• Develop the strategy for AST growth and value creation in the United Kingdom.
• Maintain accurate business forecast for software license sales and AST customer projects.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with the Clients' headquarters leadership.
• Hire and train sales and support staff.
• Ensure effective and efficient use and maintenance of the CRM tools.
• Full responsibility for P&L.

Qualifications/Skills needed

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required. Experience in CAE software sales, sales management, and honesty and integrity are essential.
