Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new international business opportunities and partnerships within key global markets. Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies to drive business growth. Explore and secure opportunities for licensing, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions to accelerate market entry. Lead the negotiations and finalization of contracts with key stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Leadership & Team Management: Manage, mentor, and develop a global sales and business development team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and alignment with company goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, marketing effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to assess trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the global pharmaceutical industry. Analyze regional market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to tailor product offerings and sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to position products effectively in each region.

Revenue Growth & P&L Responsibility: Own the overall revenue and sales targets for international markets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability. Monitor and manage budgets for international sales and business development initiatives. Regularly report on performance metrics to senior leadership, providing insights into market conditions, sales trends, and potential growth areas.
