What This Role Is Here To Do (Role Purpose) The Head of Sales & Events is responsible for shaping and leading Poolhouses global sales and events function, delivering sustainable commercial growth while building a best-in-class client experience. This role sets the strategic direction for all sales activity, from venue pre-booked groups and private hire to corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, and franchising leads.
Beyond immediate venue sales, the Head of Sales & Events will establish scalable systems, teams, and standards to support Poolhouses expansion into new markets and territories. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to deliver ambitious revenue targets, elevate the events proposition, foster long-term client and partner relationships, and create a repeatable sales and events model for growth across multiple geographies.
