Head of Sales – Skincare | North West Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for skincare and a proven track record in the salon and spa market? This is your opportunity to spearhead the UK launch of innovative new beauty brands with a fast-growing multi-brand distributor.
We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead from the front, managing and motivating a small but high-performing team of Business Development Managers. You'll be instrumental in driving growth, shaping strategy, and developing key commercial partnerships across both professional and retail channels.
The Opportunity Take ownership of sales strategy for a portfolio of premium skincare brands Lead and inspire a team of BDMs to achieve ambitious growth targets Build and nurture key relationships with salon groups, spa operators, retailers and distributors Play a central role in brand launches, trade shows and events Work closely with founders to influence long-term commercial direction
About You Extensive skincare sales experience within the salon and spa market Currently working in a sales management role in the skincare sector Proven success managing high-performing field or B2B sales teams Commercially sharp with strategic oversight and hands-on leadership style Strong network across professional skincare and/or retail beauty sectors Confident representing brands at industry events and trade exhibitions
Package c. £80,000 base salary Car allowance Exceptional performance-led bonus
