This SME business are a profitable and highly successful privately owned manufacturing organisation. They have both a consumer and B2B division. As part of their medium to long term plans, we are supporting them in developing their management team, specifically on this occasion in the B2B side of the business.

The role is Head of Sales, with the primary responsibility for managing the sales function. As part of your own career journey, this is great opportunity to lead from the front - evolve and grow relationships with key customers, help identify new customers and ultimately being the skills that have got you to where you are in your sales career. We are also looking for someone who will inspire and motivate the team, develop their skills. Working closely with the senior leadership team will also be key to your success. Bringing your vision to life, whilst understanding the strategies that have got the business into the excellent position it finds itself.
