Are you an experienced Head of Sales looking for a new challenge where you can take full ownership of sales strategy, team performance, and commercial delivery?
We're supporting a high growth business that's looking to appoint a dynamic Head of Sales to lead their national sales function. This is a pivotal role that will see you working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, build capability, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, managing and mentoring a high performing teams
- Developing and executing a national sales strategy that delivers on growth targets
- Using data and insight to set KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability
- Building strong relationships with key accounts and new business prospects
- Champion the integration of innovative processes, tools, and methodologies
- Lead and manage transformational change
- Collaborating cross functionally with marketing, operations and other relevant departments
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, National Sales or equivalent Senior Sales role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building successful teams
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple channels
- A commercially sharp mindset and the ability to influence at senior level
- Confident leading change, creating structure, and scaling performance
- £80,000 - £100,000 basic + commission and package
- Real autonomy to shape the national sales approach

- Work closely with the leadership team as part of the senior leadership structure
