Infrastructure Sales Specialist

Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a Sales Specialist within the infrastructure sector, reporting to the OT Lead. The main goal of the role is to accelerate the infrastructure portfolio by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on winning new contracts, with additional responsibilities for selling repair and modernisation projects.
On a typical day, you will:
- Ensure the business achieves both short-term and long-term revenue targets.
- Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers to secure long-lasting business.
- Lead and engage the sales team to increase capability and productivity.
- Collaborate with operational leads to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities through external sources or self-generated efforts.
- Build relationships within the industry by attending networking events, delivering competitive bids, and tenders.
Qualifications and experience:
- A well-developed career in infrastructure sales is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with both public and private sectors, with a solid understanding of tenders and bids.
- An established external network across the infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to achieve short-term goals and long-term objectives.
