We have a fantastic opportunity to join a world-renowned Paper Company with UK sales offices around the Greater London area.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours: 08:30 until 17:30.

Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

The role reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

The position is open to Paper Sales Candidates from either Paper Merchant or Paper Mill Sales.

Training will be provided in company systems and product knowledge. It is expected that up to 3 weeks or more from appointment will require office-based training.

Overall role and responsibilities:

1. Executing sales orders from entry to delivery, entering data into the SAP system.
2. Updating the monthly plan.
3. Ensuring quality of order process and information flow from receipt of order to delivery at customer.
4. Handling customer inquiries and making offers in cooperation with Front Line Sales and BU Sales Directors.
5. Working closely with Front Line Sales personnel to maximize customer sales potential.
6. Collaborating with Business Units on product & service quality and supporting marketing activities.
7. Conducting order entry and follow-up of production, shipments, deliveries, and sales. Maintaining contact with BUs regarding shipments.
8. Maintaining daily contact with hauliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
9. Maintaining good relations with designated customers and creating/updating customer master data.
10. Keeping pricing SLA and Rebate agreements up to date, including monthly forecast highlights and deviation reports.
11. Daily follow-up on sales systems.
12. Conducting inventory management.
13. Supporting claims handling in cooperation with Business Units, Technical Sales Support, and Logistics. Updating master data in CRM and creating visit reports when necessary.
