Internal Sales Executive

What will you be doing?
Taking inbound calls and converting enquiries into sales.
Proactively making outbound calls to potential customers and generating new business leads.
Building relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A customer-focused approach and a desire to exceed expectations.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
