International Sales Manager

Are you experienced in managing both distributors and major retail groups?


Ready to take ownership of key markets across Europe and the Middle East?


MB are proudly working with a well established apparel business looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe and the Middle East. This role will manage a mix of direct retail accounts and distributors, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering sustainable sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and develop key retail group accounts across Europe & Middle East.
  • Work closely with distributors to optimise performance and brand presence.
  • Deliver sales strategies aligned to market needs and company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms.
  • Regular travel to key markets for account management and business development.


What We're Looking For:


  • Experience in international apparel sales.
  • Track record with major retail groups and distributors in the regions.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.


Salary circa £60k + 20% bonus potential
