Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering personalized and memorable experiences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, trends, and innovations
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while promoting the brand’s luxury image
  • Manage stock and ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and in line with brand standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and warranty information with care and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the team to execute events, product launches, and promotions that enhance the brand’s presence
  • Ensure a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere for clients at all times


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in watch sales & HFJ, is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of the luxury industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to sales
  • Knowledge of high-end watch brands is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and elegance
