Since launching in 2015, Upload Agency has become the UK’s biggest and most established creator management company . We work with some of the most influential names on the planet — including The Sidemen, Beta Squad, Angry Ginge and more — offering full-service talent management while partnering major brands with our clients.
We’re now on the hunt for a driven Partnerships Executive to help deliver commercial deals for our roster.
This role is perfect for someone starting out in their career who wants to work with the biggest creators in the UK every single day . You’ll get hands-on experience in brand partnerships, real progression opportunities, and the chance to build a career at the centre of the creator economy.
What you’ll be doing Driving new business development against agreed revenue targets Managing accounts and brand relationships Responding quickly to inbound briefs and negotiating deliverables Presenting deals and securing talent support for campaigns Supporting senior management with strategic sales pitches Proactively reaching out to new business opportunities (phone, email, LinkedIn) Keeping on top of industry trends and reporting insights to the team What we’re looking for Someone motivated and ambitious, ideally with 1–2 years’ experience in sales, new business, or influencer marketing — but we’re also open to hungry candidates looking for their first big break Commercially focused and commission-driven A collaborative team player with a “can do” mindset Strong interest in the creator economy and youth culture Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn fast Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at pace Flexible — comfortable with the reality that campaigns sometimes run evenings/weekends The package Hybrid working: Tue–Thu in our Hoxton HQ, Mon & Fri WFH £25k–£35k basic salary (DOE) + industry-leading commission OTE: £40k–£55k+ Monthly KPI bonus + discretionary annual bonus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme + other employee perks
