Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients, providing a platform for professional growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position Valere Group in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation, preferably within the property development market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
