Job Description

Conduct detailed site surveys and customer consultations, especially for bathrooms.

Collaborate with customers to design proposals that meet their needs and budget.

Manage a sales pipeline of high-value projects, including reporting and forecasting.

Liaise with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery.

Maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent post-sale experience.

Oversee project delivery and manage key communications throughout installation.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong background in technical or survey-based sales, especially bathrooms or kitchens.

Excellent customer engagement and project management skills.
