This includes new shared ownership homes, staircasing, statutory and one-off sales. Youll play a key role in supportingproperty sales progressions by: Responding to customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process. Administering shared ownership applications, staircasing and voluntary/right to acquire sales. Managing data entry for properties and buyers across various platforms. Liaising with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to keep sales on track and answering low level enquiries. Providing vital admin support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assisting with reports.
