We’re looking for a motivated and organised Property Sales Coordinator to help us deliver an exciting and varied sales programme across the East Midlands. This includes new shared ownership homes, staircasing, statutory and one-off sales. You’ll play a key role in supporting property sales progressions by: Responding to customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process. Administering shared ownership applications, staircasing and voluntary/right to acquire sales. Managing data entry for properties and buyers across various platforms. Liaising with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to keep sales on track and answering low level enquiries. Providing vital admin support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assisting with reports. We’re looking for someone who is: A strong Administrator as you will be providing office support to our Head of Sales and Sales Negotiators.
