Recruitment Consultant – Manchester (Sales Professionals Wanted) Location: Manchester, M2 2BQ Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £40k+ in Year 1)

The Role You’ll be joining a successful, fast-paced recruitment business with a strong reputation in the market. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your existing sales experience to: Build strong client relationships through outbound business development Source and manage top-tier candidates in your chosen sector Own the full 360° recruitment process - from initial brief to placement Hit and exceed activity targets and revenue goals Grow your own client base and manage your desk like it’s your own business

Who We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience A track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets A confident, professional approach with excellent communication skills Motivation to succeed financially and professionally A competitive mindset and a desire to be the best Resilience - you're not afraid to pick up the phone and go again A proactive, self-starting attitude
