Recruitment Professionals Ltd is exclusively partnering with a leading Healthcare Recruitment Agency to appoint an experienced Sales Director . This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow revenue streams across key healthcare sectors in a high-impact leadership role.
The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for owning and expanding revenue across Nursing, AHP, Doctors, and Mental Health markets. You’ll balance high-volume NHS framework business with margin-rich private sector and off-framework opportunities, while supporting delivery teams to achieve best-in-class fill rates.
What We’re Looking For Proven track record in healthcare recruitment sales Experience generating multi-million-pound revenue annually Strong knowledge of CCS, NHS Workforce Alliance, HTE, LPP Experience working with private hospital groups Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capability
Remuneration: £80,000 – £100,000 base salary Uncapped commission structure Full benefits package Hybrid working (South East HQ) Senior leadership role with real influence
