We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to help us continue expanding our footprint across the UK

This is a brand-new role created due to increasing demand and exciting growth across our business. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer success and technical excellence, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Regional Sales Manager at Volumech, you’ll be out in the field building relationships, driving growth, and helping our customers get the most from their volumetric concrete

equipment.

• Grow new and used mixer sales across your territory

• Identify and develop new markets and customer opportnities

• Help convert competitive users and expand the reach of volumetric technology

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage your own travel schedule (exp

ect 80-90% UK travel)

Wht You Bring

• 3+ years of successful field sales experience (ideally in industrial or const

ruction machiery sectors)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-soling abilities

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• A valid UK driver’s licence and willigness to travel
