About the Role
We re looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory in the East Midlands and Anglia. In this field-based role, you ll represent a well-established and innovative manufacturer of high-quality domestic heating systems including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters.
You'll be the face of the brand for merchants, installers, and key industry stakeholders in your region, with a clear focus on building relationships, driving growth, and identifying new sales opportunities. What You ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with plumbing installers, merchants, and industry influencers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the best-fit solutions.
- Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, always aiming for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive lead generation and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
- Monitor performance through sales reports and forecasts, using data to inform strategy.
- Use promotions and incentives creatively to drive revenue while maintaining profitability.
What We re Looking For
- A proven sales leader with experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
- Experience in manufacturing sales and a solid understanding of distribution channels is highly advantageous.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- A natural leader with the ability to support and develop a high-performing team.
- Deep product knowledge of domestic gas and oil boilers is a must.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies and industry agreements.
- Experience designing and executing regional sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with working alongside plumbing merchants, local authorities, and social housing providers is a bonus.
