    Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:● Minimum of 3yrs experience in the UK On-Trade● WSET Level 2 Spirits training preferred but not essential, an understanding of spirits and their production, the deeper the better● Knowledge of landscape and key players in the London On-Trade, ideally with knowledge of key contacts● Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities● Positive approach to overcoming obstacles● Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence a varied customer base● A self-starter who thrives on autonomy● Strong sales, influencing and negotiation skills● Ability to create a unique sales approach catered to the needs of an outlet, identifying their strengths and needs● Strong presentation and communication skills● Numerical reasoning and analytical skills, the stronger the better● English is essential, other languages are valuable● Ability to identify business opportunities and translate into actions supported by strong rational aligned to brand strategy
