Developing power sector business remotely for an innovative engineering technology company, renowned for solving complex problems for clients in renewable energy, security, medical, transportation, aerospace, and defense industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying new customers and target markets for the power product range
• Following up on and developing business leads
• Understanding power products and their applications
• Setting and achieving sales targets in collaboration with management
• Participating in regular sales meetings
• Presenting products to customers and demonstrating benefits
• Negotiating and managing contracts to secure orders
• Maintaining up-to-date sales information
• Reporting on sales activities
• Attending training to stay current
• Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and database maintenance

You will have:

A mix of the following:

• Business, Engineering, or Electronics degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of power products and applications
• Experience in sales techniques, preferably field-based
• 2-3 years in electronics circuit/systems design (preferred)
• Strong numeracy and commercial skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driving license
• Professional appearance and ability to travel within the region
