OverviewThe S&A Software Sales Manager leads the EMEA sales teams in achieving revenue targets and driving market penetration for UL Solutions’ Product Stewardship products and services. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and collaboration across business units to expand service offerings and sustain customer loyalty.ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership and Strategy: Oversees sales teams, develops long-term divisional strategies, and executes plans to meet top-line revenue goals within assigned territories.Market Expansion: Implements land and expand strategies to increase market share and penetrates new markets and customer segments in coordination with business leaders.Customer Insights and Satisfaction: Provides insights to develop new offerings, focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, and loyalty for key customers.Collaboration and Go-to-Market Execution: Aligns go-to-market strategies with commercial organization principles and collaborates with business leaders and marketing on portfolio strategy.Partnership Development: Sets strategies for partnerships in Tier II and Tier III regions to support growth objectives.Client Engagement: Builds and manages relationships at C-suite and middle management levels, directing client engagement plans to deliver customer solutions.Team Management: Develops and manages direct reports by setting performance objectives, providing feedback, and ensuring policy adherence.QualificationsUniversity degree in business or related field with 8+ years of sales and management experience, preferably with an MBA and background in software, consulting, or technical businesses.Strong technical and business/economic foundation, including formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking, portfolio selling, and measurement.Ability to interact with customers throughout all levels of their organization which include highly visible activities such as negotiating, presenting, and selling.Requires a focused individual that has a clear vision and can think strategically.Ability to work and lead in a matrixed organizational structure.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Digital / tech-savvy.Business and Financial acumen.What you'll experience working for UL SolutionsMission: For UL Solutions, corporate and social responsibility isn’t new.
