Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 in year 1 (uncapped)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Perfect for a passionate, articulate sales professional with experience selling Advertising, Media, Digital, or Event solutions, who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment.


The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive/Manager to work across an exciting portfolio of Events, Magazines, and Digital products. This is a target-driven sales role with plenty of scope for creativity, input, and career progression as the business continues to grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets (individual and product-based).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales cycle across digital and live events, and share expertise with the wider team.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, publications, and key brands to drive revenue growth.
  • Track and report key figures: revenue, targets, year-on-year performance, yields, client numbers, new business, and retention rates.
  • Take ownership of challenges as they arise, managing client accounts, amendments, and cancellations effectively.
  • Support management decisions while contributing constructive ideas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for your client base to maximise engagement and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Proactively grow the client base through new business development.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a focus on retention and account growth.
  • Uphold company policies and act as a role model within the team.
