Role Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of up to 500 client accounts. Your focus will be on client retention, upselling, and cross-selling additional managed IT and telecom services. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and retain a portfolio of approximately 500 client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
