Sales Administrator

This national company with offices based in Windlesham is looking for an experienced administrator to join a large team of administrators. You will manage the admin and support for your own large accounts while being integrated into a team that enjoys monthly team-building activities, such as Colour days and wreath making. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from a team that works hard and plays hard.

Responsibilities
- Manage the help desk for your clients, taking full ownership of this
- Offer the highest level of customer care
- Process orders
- Build relationships with clients across multiple channels (email, Teams, phone)
- Collaborate with other departments to update on opportunities for upselling or feedback to improve services
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an office-based administrative role
- Experience with CRM systems
- You must have your own transport due to the location
The company offers a hybrid working model of 1 day a week from home after a successful probationary period. Please apply for the position to be considered.
